This news comes just weeks after Fundaments was named the first in the Netherlands to achieve VMware Sovereign Cloud status. A fantastic few weeks for the Enschede-based cloud provider!
The Mereveld event venue near Utrecht provided a stunning backdrop for yesterday's VMware Partner Update & Appreciation Event. After highlighting the latest developments at VMware, it was time to reflect on the past year's successes and look ahead to the future. Six awards were presented to partners who distinguished themselves in a special way over the past year. Fundaments emerged as the big winner in the 'Partner Innovation Award' category.
Eduard Keijzer, Partner Manager at Fundaments: “This wonderful award is a team effort by the entire Fundaments team, and we are incredibly proud of it! It demonstrates that we provide our partners with a high-end technological VMware platform that every partner can benefit from in an OPEX model. Furthermore, just a few weeks ago, we were informed that we were the first in the Netherlands to achieve VMware Sovereign Cloud status. Fundaments' partners (MSPs, IT service providers, and ISVs) and their customers—including government agencies, financial institutions, and healthcare providers—now have the assurance that their data is 100% controlled, managed, and monitored by Fundaments, stored on Dutch soil, and compliant with Dutch privacy and data storage laws and regulations."
