You will be responsible for both operational and tactical procurement as well as professional contract management. You will ensure that resources and services are available on time, under optimal conditions, and within budget.

Operational procurement

• Placing and following up on purchase orders
• Coordinating needs and planning with Projects, Sales, and Finance
• Monitoring delivery times, SLAs, and invoicing
• Handling discrepancies in deliveries, invoices, or contract terms
• Providing consumption and license reports

Tactical procurement & supplier management

• Requesting, comparing, and evaluating quotes
• Negotiating price, terms, SLAs, and contract durations
• Selecting and evaluating suppliers
• Maintaining professional relationships with strategic partners

Contract management

• Recording and managing contracts
• Monitoring durations, renewals, indexations, and notice periods
• Ensuring complete and up-to-date contract registration
• Identifying contract risks and deviations

Compliance & risk management

• Overseeing compliance with internal guidelines and external laws and regulations
• Supporting audits (ISO, ISAE, GDPR-related agreements)
• Identifying legal, financial, and operational risks

Reporting & improvement

• Preparing reports on expenditures, suppliers, and contracts
• Identifying opportunities for optimization
• Contributing to the further professionalization of procurement and contract management

• Bachelor’s degree level (HBO)
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience within IT services
• NEVI 1 or 2 (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical ability
• Proactive and structured work ethic
• Creative and problem-solving skills

Market-competitive salary: as a Procurement & Contract Specialist at Fundaments, you will receive a market-competitive salary.
