The speakers
Mirjam Elferink
Mirjam Elferink is a lawyer specializing in advising and litigating on intellectual property rights (IP), ICT law and Privacy. She has a PhD in copyright law and editor of the scientific journal Berichten Intellectual Property (BIE). Mirjam advises, teaches and publishes regularly on these topics. One of the hot topics she is currently working on is Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the impact of the AI regulation on institutions, organizations and companies.

Sander de Rijk
Sander de Rijk is a Cloud consultant at the Municipality of Eindhoven. He was an operations manager for ten years and thus has experience with the complexity of managing, financing and maintaining an ICT environment. Sander advises and assists the municipality of Eindhoven in the Cloud transition to a multicloud and sovereign Cloud. He is mainly concerned with Common Ground and the positioning of data and processes within the Cloud transition of the municipality of Eindhoven.
