Despite the fact that Fundaments pay the utmost attention to their servers and network, it’s possible that you feel that your rights have been violated. Fundaments have a certain responsibility, which we fulfil by means of a mediating role.
It is prohibited for Fundaments customers to send spam. In case of email, it concerns consent, but sometimes also content.
The definition is “consent, not content”: whether it’s a commercial, religious or cultural email, it’s prohibited if there’s no permission. In addition, there are various other conditions that the content of an email must meet. If not all conditions are met, sending that email will be an offence, and a violation of Fundaments’ conditions.
If you have complaints about emails like this from a customer or us, you can send this to firstname.lastname@example.org. Or contact us through fax or regular email. You can find this information on our website contact page.
